Dr. Lyne Filiatrault chats with Lynette, a guest on our Covid-19: “I wish I’d known…” briefing of May 16, 2022. Lynette shares her Long Covid journey from December 2020 to now. She reflects on the supports that were essential to her own recovery, and acknowledges the importance of feeling validated. Lynette shares her concerns that women are particularly impacted by Long Covid, “When the carers get sick, the epidemic of Long Covid is compounded, for everybody!”
